I had another wonderful weekend with Mr. Bass player. What a delightful individual. I met him early in the day and ran errands with him in Fort Worth. We ate at a place downtown called "Billy Denton's" Food was okay but the company was better. We headed over to Arlington to a guitar place where we looked at ....surprise....guitars! There are some EXPENSIVE guitars out there! We chatted so much. Really great conversation and jokes. Lots of fun and laughter. I cooked supper for us that evening. I was soooo nervous!! I haven't cooked for some one else in ages. And I do mean ages. I did discover I am unable to cook for two people so Mr. Bass player has been enjoying leftovers. Saturday we went to eat and then to Wal-Mart of all places. I was a good girl and didn't point out all the things that needed fixing...as that is my job in my store! LOL Later that afternoon I left to come home..which meant I went straight to work.
The children are doing great and are ready for spring break. They will spend it with their dad. I am glad they are getting the time to spend with him. One thing I have always made sure of is that they see their father and spend time with him. And trust me....it's a week off for me as well.
Work is just work. BLUH!! But hey, it's a paycheck and in this economy...I will take what I can get.
Okay...well I think you are caught up now. I need to get back home.....
